Tutoring Tenacity is focused on math, reading, and writing tutoring for students enrolled in grades K-5. The staff at Tutoring Tenacity tailor services to the individual needs of each student. Tutors assess the student's strengths and weaknesses in math, reading, and writing, then develop a customized plan to address those areas. Tutoring is engaging and keeps students interested in the material and motivated to learn. The tutor environment is safe, positive and supportive where students feel comfortable asking questions and engaged in learning.

TUTORING TENACITY
Tutoring Tenacity is a learning center where children receive tutoring and academic support services all year-round. Services are customized to meet students at their current level of understanding and then set realistic outcomes for achievement.
LEAD, LEARN, and EARN
The Lead, Learn, and Earn Program is a new initiative designed to provide opportunities for students to become peer tutors due to their academic performance levels. Students must meet certain criteria to participate in the program.
HIGH DOSAGE TUTORING
High-dosage tutoring is a type of tutoring that provides students with intensive, one-on-one or small-group instruction. It is typically delivered for at least 30 minutes, three times per week, with a maximum student-to-tutor ratio of 3:1.
High-dosage tutoring has been shown to be effective in helping students improve their academic achievement. A study by the National Center for Education Evaluation and Regional Assistance found that high-dosage tutoring can increase student achievement by up to 1.5 grade levels.
SECOND CHANCES
Second Chances is a resource alternative
for students who appear to be surviving the school environment, but no longer thriving. Second Chances links students to a Support Coach and Tutor who will provide academic and mentoring support services for those
who are at risk of failing or dropping out of school.
